The Church of Saint-Martin of Clarques was built from the chalk stone native to the region at the end of the XVIIe century. Facing a slate pinnacle surmounting its gable west, it has a set of three quadrangles joined respectively forming the nave, the choir and the sacristy. The church has rich furniture, mainly from the eighteenth century, and some classified objects taken from neighbouring Abbey of St-Augustin.

The Church of Saint Martin, located in Crasville in the Eure, was built in the second half of the twelfth century and somewhat reworked in the sixteenth century. Its particular architecture, its stained glass windows and its beautiful furniture, including carvings dating from the sixteenth century, make it a must in Crasville.

Located in Escames in Oise, the Church of Saint Martin dates from the 16th century. This is one of the finest examples of flamboyant gothic style in the west of the Oise. In addition to elegantly decorated windows, the church has several pieces of furniture that have been classified since 1913.

Flines-lez-Mortagne, FR

The church of Saint Martin Flines-lez-Mortagne, in the northern department, dates from the eleventh or twelfth century, but was largely rebuilt in the fourteenth century. Its imposing bell-tower contains both Romanesque and Gothic elements. The interior of the building is richly decorated with statues and medallions with biblical themes.

The Church of St-Martin was built in Glénay in the 11th century because of its strategic location, leading to it being fortified in the 14th century. The church presents a simple plan: a vaulted nave from the late nineteenth century, a choir with a circular apse, an absidiole (sacristy), a chapel and a belfry. Strangely, although the church is dedicated to St Martin, it does not offer a representation of the saint but of one of his contemporaries: St Hilaire de Poitiers.

The present church is the former Chapel of Notre-Dame, which used to be a priory of canons regular of Saint-Augustin that the abbey of Lesterps (Charente) owned in Gouzon. It took back the name Saint-Martin when it became parish in 1828.

The Saint-Martin church was built in the 12th century in Heilles and is surrounded by the old parish cemetery. The church, which is dedicated to St. Martin of Tours follows a cruciform plan. It consists of a Gothic porch opening to the west entrance, a single Romanesque nave (12th century), an overflowing transept whose cross serves as a base for the bell tower and a choir (13th century) composed of a very short span and a seven-sided apse.

The church of Saint-Martin was built on the site of an old church from the 11th century, dynamited by the Germans in 1917. The construction of the present church was entrusted to Maurice Boutterin and lasted from 1929 to 1932. The church is in Romano-Byzantine style and consists of a concrete framework covered with reconstituted stone for the exterior facings and slate for the roof. The columns and mullions of the bays are made of stone.

Ids-Saint-Roch, FR

The Church of St Martin of Ids-Saint-Roch is located in the Center-Val de Loire region. Of the first church, thjat built around the year 1000, only the entrance remains. The new building, rebuilt in the thirteenth century, was first placed under the patronage of St. Martin before passing to the patronage of St. Roch in the seventeenth century. The primitive facade still presents the original entrance with its semicircular arch which is surmounted by a double row of claveaux.

La Fontelaye, FR

The church of Saint Martin de La Fontelaye, was built in the twelfth century on the banks of the Saâne, in Normandy. It was rebuilt in the 16th century and then rebuilt again in the 17th. Access to the church is through a small porch. The walls are made of local materials: wood, flint, brick, limestone. The history of the church is closely linked to the Dumont family of Bostaquet, the Protestant noble family of the region.
