The church centre is located in the Braakmanslanden district. The building was built in two phases. In 1988, the ancillary rooms were built first, which had a district-oriented function. Then, in 1991, the church hall of this complex was put into use. The contractor was the Tijha company. The architect was Gerrit Lensink from Rijssen.

Very large church of the Reformed Church in the Netherlands (Barneveld) with tower from 2008, with 2,550 seats the second largest church in the Netherlands. Beautiful "Refodome". Interesting situated near another very large church, the Adullam Church of the Reformed Church.
Emmeloord, NL
Designed in 1950 by the famous architect Sybold van Ravesteyn, more or less in the Delft school style. Construction started on 19 March 1951. The builder was the Oord company from Vriezenveen. Until 2006 this church was a Dutch Reformed Church. After that it was sold to the Christian Reformed Church. After the sale the church was restored by order of the building committee of the Christian Reformed Church in Emmeloord. The renovation was carried out under the advice and supervision of Monumentenwacht Overijssel / Flevoland.

Built as Reformed Church (Liberated) (GKV). Now Dutch Reformed Church (NGK). The NGK Community De Hoeksteen in Haren works together with the Christian Reformed Church (CGK) in the city of Groningen, with two church buildings: the historic Jerusalem Church in the north and the modern Maranatha Church in the south.
