The Peter and Paul Cathedral is an Orthodox church, one of the best examples of classicism in Belarusian architecture. It was built between 1809 and 1819 by the architect John Clark. In 1907 the church became a cathedral. In 1929, the cathedral was closed by the local authorities, and from 1932 it housed exhibitions of the local history museum. The cathedral underwent major changes: the bell tower was destroyed, crosses were torn down, bells were dropped, rich church utensils and icons were looted. After the Second World War, the cathedral became a planetarium, which was closed in 1985. In 1989, after restoration work, the temple was returned to the faithful.

The Peter and Paul Church in Kaarma was probably built in 1261. The high bell tower, whose east side rests on the west side, was completed in the 15th century. The eastern wall of the choir hall is illustrated by a rare triple window in Estonia. The interior of the church contains real treasures. Besides the 13th century paintings on the north wall of the choir. There are also 13th-century baptismal fonts as well as a wooden sculpture of Simon of Cyrene (mid 15th century) and an altar donated in 1547.

Petkovica Monastery is a women's monastery in the valley at the south of the Fruška Gora mountain. It is one of the 16 surviving Orthodox monasteries built between the 15th and 18th centuries on the Fruška Gora mountain in Serbia (also known as the Serbian Mount Athos).

The current Petrakerk of the Gereformeerde Gemeente was built in 1996 to a design by architect J. Fierloos from Goes. The church became too small. On Saturday 29 May 2011, the first stone was laid for an extension of the church with 300 seats. The extension is expected to be ready in the spring of 2012. And if the church becomes too small again, galleries can also be built in with approximately 300 seats.
