Neo-church with tower, built as Dutch Reformed Church.

Well-maintained modern church with tower. The restored reformed community in Nieuwe-Tonge took its new church building into use on 11 December 2012. It has become a beautiful, functional church with a large hall, consistory, a centrally located kitchen and of course the church hall. The number of seats in the church is 250. It is possible to create eighty extra seats by opening a sliding wall.

The church is a single-nave building from 1838. In 1970 the old consistory room was demolished and replaced by a new complex. In 1991 the church was restored and provided with a bluestone floor.

The Reformed Church in Putten does not (yet) have its own church building. Until 1 April 2009, it had to rely on temporary facilities and the willing cooperation of others to hold its services. There is every reason to be grateful for the opportunities that arose to find solutions in this matter. As of 1 April 2009, the services of the Reformed Church will be held in the New Church of the Reformed Church within the PKN. This is within the framework of a provision made by the CBZ. As a congregation, we can use this church building and the adjacent rooms for a maximum of five years, calculated from 1 April 2009. Of course, our fervent wish is to meet in our own church building as soon as possible. As church council, we have been working intensively to realise this for a number of years. At this moment (August 2009) there is a procedure for a zoning plan change of a location on the Nijkerkerstraat, on the edge of the new Bijsteren district. A building application has already been submitted and the specifications are almost complete. The plans to realize a church building on the location in question seem, apart from unforeseen obstacles (such as objections), to have a good chance of success in the foreseeable future. In order to obtain the necessary funds for the realization of a church building in the foreseeable future and a rectory in the somewhat longer term, the College of Churchwardens decided in October 2004 to set up a Fundraising Committee.

Beautiful modern church with tower.

From 1 May 2004 to 2007, the Reformed Church of Giessendam/Neder-Hardinxveld and Sliedrecht used the church building of the Reformed Church of the Liberated in Hardinxveld-Giessendam for its religious services. Space was rented from an association for the elderly for catechism, Sunday school, Bible study groups and community evenings. However, the building of which these halls were part would be demolished in the short term. For the association work, the Reformed Church of Giessendam was allowed to use an office space, which however became too small due to the growth in the number of participants. In mid-June 2006, several sheds were purchased at Buitendams 215. One of them was demolished to create parking space. One shed was converted into a church with 350 seats. On Friday 14 December 2007, a new church of the Reformed Church of Giessendam was put into use at Buitendams 205. There were three barns at this location. Two of them were demolished to build the church. The parking lot was built on the site of the third barn. The design is by engineering firm Frank Klerks. The church has 349 seats.

Beautiful new church ("refodome") with tower. In use in May 2010. Congregation founded on May 1, 2004. After first joint use of the Dutch Reformed Church, a separate church building was put into use in 2010.
