Het Baken

Ommen, NL

The church dates from 1958. In 2004, a new organ was put into use. It was built by Bernhardt Edskes Orgelbau in Switzerland (Edskes is from Groningen). It is the first Edskes organ in our country. The organ replaced an organ from 1960, which was moved to the Dutch Reformed Church of Peace in Vlaardingen. That organ was built by Van den Berg & Wendt. Flentrop Kerkorgelbouw installed the organ in Vlaardingen, where it was officially put into use on June 12, 2002.
